As long as this has been brought up again, I am curious as to what tests are run to determine if there is a hormonal/endocrine imbalance? I am still having chronic GI issues and if I mention this to my Endo doctor, she just says they are not related.
Hi there!
Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include neuro-muscular issues, dietary causes, infections, inflammations, stress, medication side effect, growths/ masses, hormonal/ endocrine imbalance etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause identified, a management plan can be drafted accordingly.
Hope this is helpful.
Take care!
