My symptoms are the following:
-Excessive burping/belching
-Weight loss (15-20 pounds), but still have an appetite
-Stomach gurgling
-Lower right abdominal or pelvic tightness/inflammation, no pain experienced
-Facial cysts (corrected by YAZ)
-Occasional heart palpitations (at rest)
-Occasional shortness of breath (at rest)
-Frequently tired
-Dehydration, although I drink a lot of water
-Occasional vaginal dryness
-Sick more frequently; 1 case of mild cellulitis
-Tight chest during exercise only
-Muscular tightness around the knees
-Food sensitivities to the following:
Wheat, Milk, Oats, Corn, Tomatoes, Mushroom/Soy, Peanuts, Oranges, Banana

Any vomiting??? Malabsorption comes to mind very quickly and with that comes an fluctuation of electrlytes which will cause the palpatations which causes the shortness of breath. It would also explain feeling tired weight loss , stomach gurgling, dehydration and decreased immunity. This is sometimes due to food allergies/ You may need to see a GI doc. Good luck

I also think you should see your gynecologist to look for a cyst on your right ovary, because when you said "vaginal dryness," along with some of your other symptoms, like getting a cyst in another place, it occurred to me that might be what's causing all this.  If the female hormones are goofed up, it'll make you feel like you do, and since you notice a tightness and inflammation in that general area, that's what I'd be busy getting checked out.  Usually they'll reduce the size of the cyst thru various treatments, or even remove the cyst, and in the unlikely event they decide they should also remove that ovary, your hormones will probably level off after a while, but I'm imagine they'd rather give you a small dose of hormone therapy, just to keep you in top shape.
