Is this gastritis??

Okay first, I've been anxious/stressed/overwhelmed for weeks! A little over 2 weeks ago I had my period, no intercourse or anything. However about 1month ago my boyfriend fingered me.  There was no way I could have gotten pregnant , we don't go that far.  I'm 16 and even though we don't go far at all (we set boundaries) I still get scared that somehow I could get pregnant.  I know that sounds so stupid lol. I've done some research on gastritis, the symptoms I have all of them except loss of appetite but it said some people might not get symptoms or certain ones. So that could be it right? My belly is bloated, I get heartburn after meals and at night, I had the hiccups all day yesterday. I'm pretty sure gastritis is my problem.  Also have had indigestion.. So I've been trying to relax. Now, I have a discharge and it's not the normal lady discharge , well it might be but the smell is more noticeable. I don't even know how to explain it. I shower every day or every other day! I'm very worried all of this could be something more serious.  Again , had my period , can't be pregnant.
