Just some advice

Here is a brief story. Two years ago I had stomach issues as changing of stool such as D. It goes normal for awhile then I have D. As long as I could remember I have had issues with a little blood on the toilet paper. I am 29 now and I can recall being 18 and seeing it. I went to the doctor two years ago and he did a fecal occult. It came back negative. Well then a year and a half ago I had to take anti biotic for some fever and sickness. It lasted 2 days and took the antibiotics. I had severe bout of D with those antibiotics. Since then I have had issues with fecal leakage or yellow mucus leakage literally 1 hour after a bowel movement. I would have to go re wipe. So I finally went to another gastro down were I live now. He gave me some cream and told me in two weeks to call and he was going to do a scope. It was not colonoscopy but the other that goes shorter up. I told him I get blood on the toilet paper randomly and it is not all the time just when I have a severe bout of diarrhea or when I have pushing hard. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas what they think it could be. I am calling and setting up the exam for the colonoscopy. The other thing is I have noticed when I drink milk I get horrible cramps the day after almost 24 hours and I have the sudden urge to go. I have also had a two times in the last month where I walked a mile and ran a mile and had leakage with blood in it. I also notice when I take a big bowel movement I feel as though something is protruding. And my doctor did a finger exam but did not feel a hemorrhoid.
So any thoughts on what could be the problem?
And could I have a hemorrhoid and the doctor not of felt it?

Hope your doctors appointment went ok, ... Its always possible a hemorrhoid has been missed but when you have the colonoscopy the gastroenterologist will be able to check you thoroughly so you won't be left wondering what's going on. I know it's easy to say but try to put second guessing to the back of your mind and wait for the scope to be done. Write a list of any questions you might want to ask such as the possibility of food intolerances should your results still come back as normal. ( hopefully they will be normal and diet is the answer ) lets know how you're getting on

I have an appointment again tomorrow. I take probiotics, and have noticed that drinking milk makes it bad. Is it possible for the doctor to miss internal hemorrhoids with a finger exam? I had that done two weeks ago. Just wondering.

Possibly an anal fissure? It is also possible that there's hemorrhoids causing the problem.
In the meantime of waiting for your tests and diagnosis it might be worth trying a good probiotic and drinking cranberry juice. Anti biotics can kill off the good bacteria , certainly worth doing. If tests come back normal ask if crohns and celiac could be an issue.
Best of luck
