LOUD GURGLING & INCONTINENCE

WHAT IS GOING ON?  I HAVE HAD LOUD STOMACH GURGLING FOR SEVERAL DAYS. I DID START NOTICING IT STARTED AFTER FINISHING AN OVER THE COUNTER SORE THROAT LIQUID MEDICINE. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY IT IS OR IF I HAVE EATEN OR NOT. LAST NIGHT WHEN I TRIED TO HAVE A BM I DIDN'T THINK IT HAD HAPPENED BUT WHEN I WHIPED THERE WAS SOMELOOSE STOOL. TODAY I WENT TO THE REST ROOM AND FOUND FECES IN MY UNDERPANTS. WHEN I TRIED TO USE THE BATHROOM NOTHING HAPPENED. AM I INCONTINENT? DO I HAVE CANCER?

THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR COMMENT. THE GURGLING HAS STOPPED. THE INCONTINENCE DIDN'T RETURN AFTER MY POSTING. I AM NOT SURE IF THE MEDICINE HAD ANY ALCOHOL IN IT OR NOT. I DO BELIEVE THAT PROBABLY HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH MY SYMPTOMS. I USUALLY ONLY TAKE AN OCCASIONAL ADVIL. NORMALLY I JUST LET MY COLDS AND COUGHS RUN THERE COURSE, BUT I HAD JUST STARTED A NEW JOB (THAT I NEED THANKS TO THE ECONOMY).
THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR COMMENT IT WAS VERY HELPFUL.

did the medicine have alcohol in it? This is all I can think of- I can't tolerate any medicine - even liquid cough syrup that contains alcohol because it tears my stomach up-
those are very likely just bowels sounds.... I personally would give it another week or two to settle- it is not painful at all - is it?
The other is maybe just gas with upset stomach- incontinence just means you couldn't control it, and yes that once you were incontinent and so are thousands of p eople every day with an upset stomach..... but it doesn't mean it is chronic- just may happen once a year or once in a lifetime.
