Lump below sternum

I have a small lump (about the size & shape of a lemon below & to my right of the sternum. I have had a CAT scan & my gastro dr does not know what it is. He does not think it is part of my liver because it does not go up & down when I breath deaply like my liver does. It can be moved around a bit by my or my Dr's fingers. Any guess?
