Pain in my rib cage just in my breast

My question is kinda similar to those that i have read... Though ,I feel a pain in my left rib cage under my breast, it feels like there is something hooked somewhere.. I mostly feel it when am on the bed trying to change position.. I have had this for quit a while now and I feel it is increasing in pain.. Please help ..!?

It's very difficult to say what the source of your pain is without knowing your medical history- a doctor will need to get that information and do an exam on you, perhaps run some tests in order to see what the cause is.  If it's getting worse especially, make an appointment with a doctor.
