Uhm...white fuzzies? do they look like cotton threads? if so, please make a stool sample and a scotch tape test, they might be parasites.
Dont worry, it is common, it happens to everybody at least once in their lifetime.
It sounds like constipation as there appears to be mucous discharged along with whatever bits made it through. The Mayo clinic recommends the following -
