Hi everyone!
I am norwegian so might not have all the words correct here...
Anyway. I have had a troublesome stomach for as long as I can rememember. I could eat something one day, and be fine- and eat the same next week, and have to run to the toilet.
Now, two years ago, I went to the hospital with inflamed appendix. They put me on antibiotics IV immediately, and waited for surgery. But there was some delays, and by the time it was my turn, we had spoke so much about my other healthissues, that they said the inflamation had gone down so we did not need to do it.
My other issues are almost a lifetime of symptoms that resembles ME or Myalgic encephalomyelitis- just not with the fatigue as in tiredness and sleepyness. More that I have no energy, and have lots of heart palpitations etc. My worry is that the narcosis will cause my bloodpressure to drop. I have that quite often. Low bloodpressure regulary, but when for instance I cut myself, or strain myself physically, or sometimes just for no real reason, i get bloodpressure drop. They call it something vasavogal reactions. Last time it happened, I had a b12 shot done. The doctor hit a nerve by accident, and immediately I startet almost fainting. It was weird, because my skin started to dry out to the point of dry skin cam off like snow when i brushed my lower arms. Even my daughter has the same thing.
the reason Im worried now, is that ever since I went home from the hospital, my appendix has acted up. Not the same amount of pain, but it does hurt after standing for long periods of time, etc. So I am worried I have an cronic inflamed appendix, and my fear of surgery is so great that in my mind it equals dying actually.
So any one got advice? Or the same issues perhaps?
