background info: I'm a 21 year old female who has Acid Reflux and Narcolepsy.  I stopped taking birth control recently because the medicine for narcolepsy makes it not work - I had been on it since I was 15 because of my heavy bleeding.  When I was a baby I also had problems using the bathroom and I would become severally constipated.  

Recently, I have been having bright blood in my stool and streaking the paper and sometimes sharp pain.  I was told it was hemorrhoids- no big deal, but considering they did no exam and my Grandmother has cancerous polyps I became worried.  I've been having lower back pains/ache (which I have never had before), sharp heartburn, less frequent bowel movements, and this weird thing were I think I've swallowed a pill then ten minutes later it comes up, that I associated with coming off the b.c. pill, my new medicine, and really bad acid reflux - but looking at others it seems they all could be related.  

My family says I'm paranoid and my friends say I am too young, so I can't really ask them.  I don't want to spend money (the next doctor is over an hour away) and have them yell at me if I'm just being paranoid.  Do you think that it sounds more serious or should I go to another doctor.

Also, my eyesight is going bad recently (3 months) when I have always had over perfect vision.  I can't see very far away and things are blurry - I have to force myself to focus.
