If one side of your lower stomach hurts, what might that be?
It could be any of a dozen things. If the pain continues, I would go for a checkup with my GP.
Which side? I didn't check your profile, but are you male or female? It could mean a lot of different things. I think if you give a little more information, you may get some better responses. What's the pain like: sharp, achey, stabbing? Is it constant or intermittent?
