Pancreatitis, Fibro, or just plain IBS?

I have been experiencing stomach pain, abdominal bloating, constipation, belching, and back pain for over a week now. It started after I got sick from drinking too much alcohol. I vomited that night and the next day I thought i was just suffering from a hangover but my back started to kill me, even more so than my stomach. The stomach feeling is more so a sour feeling rather than pain. To tell you a little about my medical history I was diagnosed with a chronic bladder condition called Interstitial Cystitis and my doctor thinks I most likely have IBS as well b/c of the bloating, problems with bowel movements being different etc. She tested my urine for a kidney infection b/c of the back pain but there was nothing indicative of an infection. I do not have any symptoms of kidney or liver problems (believe I have read about them!) No jaundice, edema, loss of appetite. I have gained weight not lost it! If I feel down below my rib cage on my back, it is tender to the touch. My kidney area and upper back hurts badly and it feels kind of like a burning sensation, even my shoulder blades hurt. I have been reading online and think I may have Pancreatitis? Are these symptoms consistent with Pancreatitis? I also have read about Fibromyalgia as well b/c these autoimmune diseases seem to occur together, but I just cant get myself to think that this is just a muscoskeletal pain problem especially since its mainly in  the area where my kidneys are located. I have an appt with a GI dr next week so I am hoping i can get some answers. I had a Complete metabolic panel test done and all levels were normal that was in June. Could this one episode be the cause of a serious condition such as Pancreatitis? I have been reading about Ulcers as well. I dont have a churning gnawing pain in my gut or blood in my stool etc.. I do have a little indigestion though. Oh and can IBS even give you back pain like this?

Thank you so much I hope to hear from someone soon!

ha..sounds like a bunch i've been going through..mass tests..at one point they thought I had intersital cys..yeah I can't spell that.  Anyway consipation..nausea..stomach pains..gas...

Turns out i'm highly intolerant to either soy or fructose (doesn't show up on any medical test) and I was having white blood cells/red blood cells in the urine (i'm guessing they put you on elmiron as well?)

anyway one idea..is to go on a diet of zero wheat/fruit/sugar/dairy/soy...like eggs..salads..spinach..meats..for like 2 weeks and see if you improve.  Like I said there's no for sure test out there that tells you "this is the culprit" but since you're so sick and sitting around you might as well try it :)  I also thought I had pancreatitis...SOD...kidney issues (did I IVP xray..) ...remember if it's celiac or wheat..or some take a good month or so to see improvement so find a safe gluten free vitamin to try or test for celiac in the meantime...

(just a thought)
