Please give me suggestion for diagnose.

My mother at the moment has increased GPT >700 and GOT>350, GGT>233. LDH>469 and CPK>214. All of this start 4 mounts ago when her GOP and GPT were 120. After that she made a test for thyroid gland (TSH=0.851, fT4=13.7 ATP-0 <5) and it is ok. She is not alcoholically person and never drink in her live. She has heart disease and take atorvastatin for 10 years and also donepezil and ladiomil for 4 years. Since her doctor discover problem with GOT and GPT she stopped taking atorvastatin (3mounts before) because they were suspicious that atorvastatin was reason for this problem  but again GOP and GPT increase. Next step was cancer marker (CA19-9 = 34.4, AST = 5.47, CEA=3.22) and virus markers (HBsAg Es = 0.13 negative,  Anti-HCV = 0.20 negative), which were ok. After that she get diagnose rhabdomyolysis and she take test for antidsDNA, antiCCP, anti-U1-snRNP, c-ANCA, ACL-IgG, ACA, antiSel-70, antihistoneab, all of this negative. She is negative also on Hepatit A and C. At the moment she is waiting for results for autoimmune markers. EMG (neurology) on legs and arms is ok.

Please if you can help me with diagnostic her diagnose, because she goes to doctors and make all these tests for 4mounts but no results, her GOT and GPT increase more and more.

All these tests were sugested by liver disorders department, but still don't have diagnose, please for some suggestions.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Is she seeing a gatroenterologist about this?  I would also recommend you try posting this in the liver disorders community.
