yeah my ultrasound was negative too, I remember the tech saying "wow your gallbladder and billarly tree looks great no problems!"

and then 4 months later I did a HIDA scan and it was only working like 12% and I had it removed a few weeks later, I'd do a HIDA scan just to double check.  Ultrasound really only looks for stones sadly.

(another sad part is i'm still sick after they took the GB out so it might be SOD for me..)

thank you. I have had a ton of blood work done, they checked liver, kidneys, rbc, wbc and cholesterol and sodium, all kinds and all was normal, they did gallbladder ultrasound too and it was normal, but I feel its wrong. Im 32 and have 3 kids, and I have the awfullest sinuses ever. I am just very scared.

could be a million things, heck even gallbladder..keep fighting but your GI specialist will probably rec. a upper and lower scope

mmm still could be an ulcer even with a negative h.ployri, do tums/antacids help at all?... OORrr some sort of colitis with blood or chron's or something.. probably should consult with a GI specialist for more testing but an upper endoscope would probably be a good idea followed by colonoscopy.  Still sounds like ulcer though with the location of pain unless your passing a kidney stone and your IBS symptoms are going bezerk but that doesn't explain blood.

I have alot of back pain kinda middle and lower mostly, although I do have under right shoulder blade quite a bit too. The pains I get arent real bad but i know they are there. I have an h pylori blood test done and it came back normal.

middle of the belly with possible blood could be a range of things but i'm thinking ulcer, do you have pain also in the upper back?  Sounds like a bad ulcer to me..but i'm just guessing.

Burning pain...center stomach pain..I would go in and get a blood test for h.ployri from your doctor (ulcers) or get on some tums or pepto while you wait to see your doctor on that one.  I wouldn't delay though because those things will only get worse.  You might need an upper endoscope if it's negative.  Also if you think it's IBS related you can try starting slowly on fiber to try and regulate your system.  There's that benefiber that dissolves in water you could try.
