Raynaud's and finger swelling which won't go away!

I have Raynaud's which predominately affects my fingers. One of my fingers in particular is prone to swelling (between the first and second finger joints, palm side) but the swelling never goes down and each bout I get seems to make it swell even more! What, if anything, can I do to make the swelling go down or stop please? I cannot take medication for Raynaud's because of my low blood pressure. Help!
