Right quadrant pain

Right quadrant pain to the right of the belly button.  Dull pain for couple days, little stronger now.

It has been over a week and not any better.  I do not have insurance nor a job, so it will not be checked until I am nearly dead.  I can not even sleep on that side or the pain is so intense in the morning.  I think appendicitis would have ruptured by now and I have no fever.  I am wondering if I either pulled a muscle in the abdomen/side or maybe a hernia?

I'm not a doctor by any means, but if it's only on your right side, you might want to get that checked out...it could be appendicitis.
