Mid-upper back pain

I am a 35 yo female. Thin. Never drank or smoked. I do have an oral contraceptive history but quit years ago after being on them for 15 years to endometriosis. Also I have a history of poorly functioning gallbladder that I manage with diet. Never had stones. I started having pretty severe mid to upper back pain (above bra line) days ago. I first thought I hurt my back But now I e noticed bloating and burning abdominal pain. I have been very stressed so I wasn’t sure if I could have aggravated gallbladder, caused ulcer or could be pancreatitis.   Normal stools and no nausea however. It’s hard to tell if food aggravates because pain waxes and wanes anyway but I’m also on Antacids now
