Would having my gallbladder out help my acid reflux

I've been having really bad episodes of acid reflux where I wake up with sour taste and nauseated in the morning. I just had a CT scan that said my gallbladder was inflamed/swollen. Do I need it out and will it help to heal my ulcer and GERD??
