Severe constipation

my spouse had surgery 16 days ago.She has not deficated since then.We have tried enemas,fiber pills,water,and doctor prescribed laxitives.She is uncomfortable,gassy,and has pain in her stomach.she can not eat at all in this whole time,and is starting to even reject liquids.

Ty so much for taking the time to read my post :)..I have since done exactly what you were suggesting. The outcome was very satisfying,but crazy thing was it came from a little office on the side of the road,versus the University that done the proceedure..Isn't that insane!?
