Severe stomach pains after eating

My fiance has been dealing with sharp pains in his his stomach after he eats every time he eats. He will also get the pains during the day at work out of the blue. He has also been having a swollen feeling under his bottom left rib. He had a colonoscopy and everything came back normal. No crohns, colon cancer or collitis. Also he almost always has loose stool and diarrhea.
Any ideas?

Lower left rib region has the: spleen, stomach, splenic flexure and traverse/descending colon. The colonoscopy is normal so that leaves the stomach and spleen. Have the doctors checked things via ultrasound? Spleen possible enlarged?

No there was not an ultrasound done. The first thing done was a CT scan. Which interpreted by the doctor showed enlarged liver, crohns disease, and fat deposites .I suppose none of these were accurately interpreted by the doctor since the colonoscopy didn't find anything.
