Severse abdominal pain for 6 weeks

For the last six weeks I've had a constant cramping/knot type feeling in my abdomen. That radiates to my back. This is accompanied by sharp shooting pain in either the lower left of my bellybutton, or right side by my lateral muscles. I have been nauseous every day, throw up if I eat solid foods, a lack of apetite, and have lost around 12 pounds since this started.
On top of the abdominal pain I have had back to back infections and colds. I've been to the ER twice had pelvic, rectal, contrast ct, and blood tests, with nothing abnormal. I am frustrated and waiting for my appointment with a GI specialist.

I am lactose intolerant so I rarely eat dairy. I have mostly a vegan diet. I rarely eat wheat, but I suppose I will try cutting all out. Thanks.

try cutting out gluten and dairy from your diet. I dealt with similar, though not as severe, symptoms before I was diagnosed with Celiac.
