Should appendix w/stones be removed?

Was recently in the er for a kidney stone.  When they did the cat scan of my abdomen, they noted stones in my appendix.  Is this something I should be concerned about?

The stone in the appendix? Well this doesn't sound very healthy if you want a smart answer. Your gallbladder was checked for stones?
