Should i see a doctor?

I recently had surgery for a Hernia about two years ago, all went well. Since then I've been getting pains in my groin area on the same side i had the surgery. i mean it is almost like a building pressure and it gets to the point where i cant even stand up.
Could this be because of my surgery and are the doctors Responsible for this? I have no medical Insurance either right now so me going to the doctor isn't likely. I am not a complainer and i normally can withstand some pain since my work gets me cut and stabbed with glass and blades a lot. I've had surgery in the past for a stomach condition to where my body was starving myself. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You're in a tough situation.  But you need to seek medical help.  Is it possible to at least go back to the doctor who did your surgery, explain your financial/ ins, problems and at least find out if this is something that can wait? This way they won't run unnecessary tests, and will advise you as to what your options are.  If you are making little money, you may even qualify for a Medicaid Medical card temporarily. They will work with you, these days they have no choice.  But at least get evaluated so you know what you're dealing with.

If you are acquiring medical insurance thru your employer, a pre-existing condition will be covered.  How soon will you have coverage?

well the thing is if I go before I'm able to get medical insurance would they insurance company be able to deny me insurance because of a existing issue? That's the only thing I am really scared about, not being able to get insurance and have to front the money for the surgery when i really don't have that type of income to afford payments like that

This first thing I would do is make an appt to see the doc who did your surgery.  Otherwise you have to start all over, and they already have all your medical history.  It may be scar tissue from the surgery, which can be corrected.  But you need to see someone, as pain is an indicator of something going on.
