Some ideas PLEASE HELP

I KNOW IT LOOKS ALOT BUT PLEASE READ AND MAKE YOUR SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

Hi all, im a 30 year old male from UK

My situation is the. for last few months i noticed bits of bleeding on my toilet paper, also it itched a hell of alot, the blood was bright red. I took a picture of my rectum and i noticed like 2 on 1 side and 1 on other side lumps which looked like puss filled. I thought this was piles  so left it alone.
The lumps went away after week or so, so i thought nothing of it m i then noticed ALOT of blood dripping from me after the my stool and all over paper, this happened nearly everytime i had a still, the next day the first major notice of blood i started to have constant abdominal pain, it felt all over my intestines but mainly on right side, even feels over the liver, over the next period of 2 weeks , i went from 19 stone (muscley build) to just under 17 stone, everyone in work and friends was saying i look like a different person :(.
After the 2 weeks the weight started to maintain and i even gained a stone back, but the stomach pain is always there constant, sometimes it does get worse aswell. Also on about 5 occasions maybe bit more i have noticed a green slime , either mised up in my stool or stuck along the side of it, my stools are narrower and they go from loose to constipated, i wouldnt say runny.

About 7 months ago i did do something very stupid, i took human growth hormone to get better results in the gym, i know this is and was very stupid but i wanna be honest. i have learned from my mistake and trust me when saying this i would never touch anything that was again.I have a young family and im worried sick, i hope its not cancer.

Ive had the following tests

Sigmoidoscopy ===Normal
camera down my throat ==Normal
Chest xray ==Normal
Stomach xray== Normal
Full abdominal Ultrasound== Normal
Barium Meal== Normal
Baroum Enema ==could check the right side of bowel as they said food still there.
HIV/hepabc bloodtests == NEGATIVE
liver function tests x 4     1st test elevated billirubin and ALT    alt=48   b/rubin21
                                     2nd test they went up    ALT 71   b/rubin 19
                                     3rd test                        ALT 63   b/rubin 19
                                     4th test all back in normal range    ALT 40   b/rubin 16

Any help or suggestions please suggest im worried so much, my friends say maybe UC or cronhs but surly that would of ben found in those tests ive had done.

Several stool tests exist so every test can be positive or negative only for a disorder which was tested. Ask your doctor if your stool was tested for inflammatory bowel disease (stool tests for white blood cells, lactoferrin and calprotein).

Barium enema can reveal only big changes like deep ulcers, inflammatory polyps and such. Before considering colonoscopy you may ask your gastrologist to order stool tests for white blood cells, lactoferrin and calprotein, which are all elevated in inflammatory bowel disease as Chrons is.

Pus filled lumps - abscesses around the anus also commonly appear in Crohn's disease.

Crohn's disease may affect the colon or small intestine or any other part of the gut in a patchy form. This means that negative sigmoidoscopy does not exclude Crohn's disease and full colonoscopy that can reach the end of the small intestine and start of the colon, the commonly affected spot in Crohns, would be needed.
