Are gaillardia lamblia cysts large enough to be seen with the naked eye?

After going on a couple of cruises to Mexico I have been treated with just about everything for intermittent diarrhea and foul smelling gas.  Fecal samples showed nothing and I am currently taking flagyl and finding what appear to be cysts in my stool.  Are gaillardia lamblia cysts large enough to be seen with the naked eye?
