Stomach pain, fainting and diarrhea

I am 15yo and at around 5:30 pm I started feeling sick after getting off a plane. I started getting these cramps which I thought were because of my period which is two days late. I went to the toilet and I was fine so I went back to wait for my suitcase and the pain came back but was worse. I started feeling dizzy, turned pale and fainted. Once I got to the hotel the cramps were still there and diarrhea started to occur. Started off having to go every 5min and now I'm feeling better and have to go to the toilet less.
Does anyone know what it can be?
This is the first time that it happens.
