Swelling and cramps after resection

4 weeks ago, I had a bowel resection with a scope. I have had three infections and three different antibiotics which helped get rid of the infection. Each time, I have severe cramps and what feels like swelling. I have normal bowel movements, but after going, I have to sit there and endure horrible cramps that feel like my intestines are going to fall out of my rectum. Ct scan, urinary tests, rectum swab reveal nothing. Again, the antibiotics help...but then it comes right back. It makes me feel sick...although there is no fever or blood present. It's a mystery. Why does it keep coming back? I thought maybe leakage somewhere, or ulcerative colitis or...? But wouldn't that show up in the previously mentioned tests?  I hate to keep going to the doctor to have them find nothing, but this is unbearable at times. What's likely going on here?
