Talking Outloud but not in a normal way

I'm 20 yrs ol female....i have had this problem for a long time now, i talk outloud to myself as if iam acting out conversations that have already happened or havent happened at all. it is so bad i am on the bus or wherever and people look at me. Its almost as if iam playing out a role. for example, in my head i will be thinking about a conversation i might have had (or usually just made up) and i will speak as myself and the other person. depending on what the conversation is about i will laugh outloud, twitch, punch or move in some way like iam really there. can anyone help? this is annoying and it keeps me from doing a lot of things...

yea, i figured that. i have no healthcare nor a job so i cant go to the doctor unless its an emergency.  it's not as bad as it sounds if i concentrate hard enough i can stop doing it, ive been able to hide it from my family, although every now and then my mom will ask me why am i smiling to myself or why did i just laugh by myself. This has been going on for some time now and it seems like its getting worse. ive thought maybe it was some sort of light schizophrenia, but people with sch. usually dont kno there is something wrong with them ive heard. i dunno someone please help.
