I am having a colonoscopy tomorrow, I am prepping with NuLYTELY today I take a medication at bed time, will this med get flushed out?

Its ok to take the med tonight.  It will not interfere with your test.

The med is not the problem. The physician needs to have the colon clear of feces in order to view the insides. Drink plenty of fluids to enable him/her to do a good job. They don't do drug tests during a colonoscopy.
