Find and start taking some good probiotics. Go straight for a capsule or tablet form since the counts will be higher than in a yogurt form. There are a lot of good brands on the market depending on where you live. In the U.S. some of them include Culturelle, Digestive Advantage-IBS and FloraQ.

In general, stay away from diary products.

The antibiotics have changed the type and number of good bacteria in your GI tract. The probiotics will hopefully help to normalize that.
