abdominal swelling, tightness and pain on exertion

Hi All,

I had gastric/digestive problems for couple months now . I had heaviness in breathing along with gastric abdominal bloating/pain on exertion. I have abdominal swelling, tightness and pain on bending, stairs, uphill/downhill, situps, fast walking, regular household chores , or  any exertion. this leads to heaviness in chest also.No gastric problems now  and iam able to eat normal now and have regular bowel movements but don't understand this pain. If I walk slowly I can walk for an hour. Iam also working fulltime in IT so I sit for over 8 hours. The pain goes away with rest. I was extremely low on B12. Rest all tests are normal, but this is of a big concern since I cannot do even regular household chores. Please help me understand this. My GI Says this is all due to low B12 or maybe related to heart. But my heart treadmill test came normal!. Please share your thoughts if anyone is in this situation.
