Tired of feeling sick

I have been sick to my stomach lately, tired, having strange BM's. I just feel like i am sick all the time I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. So any ideas can any one help

How long has this been going on for? Have you seen a doctor about this? How are the bowel movement's strange besides just being more frequent?

Because they are more frequent, and I always feel like I need to go even when I don't need too. I also know my stomach can't handle any thing I eat! I guess it gets old and I can't seem to get enough sleep.
