Tired of the pain

27 year old female with abdominal pain
For the past two years I have had mostly non-radiating pressure pain in upper right abdomen  after eating , sometimes after eating too much stabbing pain in my upper right abdomen. I feel fatigue and pain after eating, no diarrhea, no constipation, bloating at end of day, area tender to the touch, some queasiness, worse when I breath deep, lightheaded, laying on right side makes it worse, comes on suddenly and increases throughout the day. I have had blood work, cat scan, ultrasound, colonoscopy, endoscopy that all came back relatively normal. Slight abnormalities that were found were low intra-abdominal fat on cat scan which they said made assessment of intra-abdominal structures difficult, alt 34, ggt 46, CRP <1, sucrase 59. I have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel but the pain I have is right below rib cage slightly off to the right. I am at a lost - any ideas would be helpful!

I have done all of the diet things for IBS and it helps a little but the pain is still there! But thanks for your response!

I had that same problem.  After 2 years of paying close attention, it is IBS and I take metamusil every day and it helped 100%!
