stools

My stools go from small tootsie rolls to tiny gravel even when I have plenty of fiber and water.  But if I take ducolax shapes are normal.
What now?

You may need a stool softener like Miralax or Colace which is OTC and not habit forming.  Make sure you're not consuming too much fiber which can constipate you.  Hope this helps and take care.

You could just be constipated. If you have concerns or any other symptoms such as blood, mucous, or pain, you should probably see your doctor.
