What are my options

I have a clotted spleenic vein, which has caused varices to form in my stomach. I have been vomitting blood for the last 48 hours. I have had endoscopy done but no one can find where the bleeding is stemming from within my stomach. I was given the option that, their is a lot of pressure build up in my spleenic vein, hence the varices that have formed in the stomach and have had angiogram procedure done to plug my spleenic artery, in order to relieve pressure and blood build up. I have been informed by the GI team that if this does not work, then removal of the spleen is my final option. But it has been made clear, that no one can find where the bleeding is coming from. It is being assumed it is coming from the varices that have formed in my stomach. Are their any other options if the bleeding continues? Does anyone have any other situations like this which resulted in a different procedure to fix? Thank you for your time and help!
