What are the causes of excessive burping

For the last two weeks, I have been burping all day long, except when I sleep.  Just drinking a glass of water will make me burp.  Sometimes the burps will cuase me to regurgitate small amounts of food.  Not always, just sometime.  I had an endoscopy last year and everything was fine.  I was recently tested for hpylori...everything ok there as well.  This is so annoying.  Maybe it's psychological.  Can someone help.  Thanks.
