Hello~You need to see a gyn for this, he/she will take some tests and probably take a swab of the discharge. You will probably then be put on an antibiotic or more tests depending on the outcome.

It could be many things. My first guess would be a virus in addition to bacterial vaginitis or an STI. You need to see a healthcare professional so they can clinically correlate your symptoms with labs and a pelvic exam. Good luck to you.
