What's wrong with my gallbladder?

Last week I started getting the worst pain in my upper right abdomen.  It was a thudding wrenching pain that got especially worse after eating.  After two consecutive ER trips, they did an ultrasound and found sludge.  They told me that I needed to schedule an appt. with a surgeon, which I have, to get his opinion.  My appt. is on Tuesday.  Daily, I have been eating lots of veggies and fruit, drinking apple juice, taking turmeric and honey, taking apple cider vinegar, and eating way less fat.  I have also started castor oil.  I constantly have gas any time I eat, although the pain has gotten less.  But now I sometimes have pain on my left abdomen too!  I was wondering if I need to be really worried because I read that constant gas is not a symptom of gallbladder sludge and also that gallbladder complications can lead to pancreas problems.  Is gas a symptom of gallbladder sludge?  And also I'm on Depakote and I heard this could cause pancreas problems.  Could this be causing all my problems?  Any advice would be appreciated!

Sounds like gallbladder, but you could also have Celiac disease.  They can go together.
