Nausea & Vomiting & Diarrhea in Morning

I’m a 17 year old female and for the past month or two I’ve been waking up routinely around 8-9 am every day with terrible nausea and the urge to vomit, which does occasionally happen. I either gag and dry heave due to my stomach being empty, or I throw up whatever I attempt to ingest to settle my stomach (water, tea, juice, etc).

I’ve also had diarrhea pretty much every day. On good days I can get a little bit down without throwing up and just wait out the nausea in bed until around noon. I don’t have any stomach pain, just churning and bubbling.

I’ve been to the hospital for dehydration due to vomiting, and having my stomach be too upset to eat/drink much of anything even in the afternoon. They ran some bloodwork/urine and I have no ongoing infections. They recommended I see a specialist but I cannot do that immediately for certain reasons and would like some insight as soon as possible because I am in misery.

If it’s an acid reflux issue, I must’ve gone about treating it wrong, because one time I took an antacid and I threw it right back up.

ALSO I am not pregnant, in fact my symptoms got worse when I started my period recently.
