Enlarged gallbladder with a book load of other things

Three months ago I began having pain on the right side of my abdomen. Within a week the pain got bad enough that I went to the ER because walking and moving made it hurt worse. The after an eight hour wait in the waiting room, I made it to the back and after another two hours of waiting in back I left. All that was accomplished was blood work, peeing in a cup, and a vaginal ultrasound. All the information I was told was that it wasn’t a kidney infection. (I have a history of having ovarian cysts. I had a hysterectomy a few years ago but they left my problematic ovaries in place.) A week later, the sharp pain just went away. There was still a dull ache feeling on my right side. Almost two months later, I became very dizzy and faint while driving to work. I pulled over and called my mom. I had a hard time with my memory and focusing on things for about a week. I stayed home from work and didn’t drive. I went back to another ER worried about the dizziness as it continued periodically during the day. While there, I mentioned the soreness on my right side that had never left since two months earlier. They did blood work, abdominal ultrasound, and I had to pee in a cup once again. Still no kidney infection. Blood work came back as normal. The ultrasound showed that my gallbladder was enlarged but didn’t show any cause such as gallstones or infection. I also have no fever. They diagnosed me with vertigo. That’s all the answers I got. I waited it out for another month as I didn’t have the money to go to the doctor. I went to the doctor two days ago. She looked over the records from my first ER visit and was shocked over how much sugar had been in my urine. She said it was VERY high amount. They did the A1C test and it came back normal so no diabetes. She gave me an antibiotic because she said I was beginning to get an ear infection with a little fluid in my ear and that could be what was causing the vertigo. She then told me to call back if I start throwing up or if the pain gets worse. At that point she hadn’t even looked over the last ER trip because that hospital wasn’t a part of their system. (After a phone call a minute ago since I hadn’t heard anything, I found out they didn’t send for my records for the last ER trip at all. Apparently, I need a new doctor.) I’m at a loss and any input would be nice. I don’t understand what all this may be from. I’ve always had stomach issues and thought I had some sort of IBS. After many upset stomach issues I’ve learned that it’s better without certain foods such as spicy or greasy foods. I gave up tacos and other Mexican foods two years ago. I quit eating cheeseburgers and other foods that are loaded in grease as well. After removing those foods, my stomach issues seem to have gotten better but every few days I still have “a day of upset stomach” without any cause. I’ve stuck with foods that I’m better with but it still happens every few days. I’ve had abdominal ultrasounds (probably far more than normal people) but this is the first I’m hearing about an enlarged gallbladder. This is also the first with sugar in my urine. Both are oddly at the same time. I don’t know??

I haven't had coffee in about 2 years. With trial and error, I noticed it was better without it.
