your test is high, but not high enough to say you have pancreatitis, i know this as i have had it in the past, and when i drink alcahol now my blood tests flare up and down to roughly the 180 mark where before it was nearly 400 when i had pancreatitis,
you may need to change your diet, stop any alcahol and spicy, faty food. do that for a month and see the results, im betting they will come down..
let me know how you get on,
P,s pancreatitis is one of the worst pains i have ever experienced and is very dangerous..
HI I am so sorry no one has answered ur question. All I know is this indicates an issue with ur pancreas.....I would suggest u find a specialist in this area and see if u can get some answers. I wish I was a medical person and could give u more insight.
Good luck
