Amit,
There is such a thing as exercise-induced asthma.  In order to prevent this, you must do a very long warmup.  As for the pain around your navel, this could be an umbilical hernia, which is caused by excessive pressure in the gut, particularly when you are not holding your tummy in... but the ultrasound should have found this.  Still, if you notice you have a little puffy place at your navel, that is evidence of a hernia, and also if you push on it and feel pain, that confirms it.  This is not a big problem, the pain should go away in a couple weeks, and eventually you could have the hernia stitched up.  But if you wound up with a hernia, and you've been doing a lot of weight training, could be you either overdid it or you were not breathing correctly... I believe you must blow out your breath out when you exert or pull on the weights, but please doublecheck that point for me at the gym.  One more thing, you say you are feeling joint aches, and this could be because you are supposed to rest for a day after doing weights, you cannot lift weights daily.  Could be your body is saying, "Hey, give us a break, please," it is hurting as a result of continuous overuse.

Now, as for the blood you discovered in your stool, this is very likely caused by constipation, which incidentally may be causing the pain you feel near your navel if it's not a hernia.  You have switched your diet to lots of protein, so could be you are not getting enough fiber from vegies, for example.  Fiber also comes from carbs like oat cereal and whole wheat bread.  So, if you will increase your vegies, you don't get a lot of calories, but they will help prevent constipation.  Now, the blood, that comes from hemorrhoids, which they come and go, but are caused by straining, and the delicate tissues will swell, and when waste goes by them, they will bleed ever so slightly.  More vegies will counteract a tendency to be constipated, and also drinking plenty of water does too.  Fresh vegies and frozen vegies are the best, the more colors the better, and salads are helpful too, particularly if you put some little spinach leafs in there.  Spinach is great for constipation, you see.  Also, cooked whole potatoes until they are soft, you cut them up and boil them, then add butter and salt, are also good for digestion, altho they are starches, but a little once in a while won't throw off your current diet.  Fruit as a snack (not with a meal) are also good fiber.

I hope some of this will help you get straightened out, but if the wheezing continues despite a long warmup, then visit an allergy doc and he could give you some medicine to prevent the wheezing.  By the way, I hope your doc has decided to take your gallstone out, altho could be he will think it is too small to worry about, and I hope they gave you antibiotics for your kidney infection.  If you did get antibiotics, keep in mind that those pills will kill both the "good" and bad bacteria in the body, so to return your intestinal flora to its normal state, you should consume "probiotics" in some manner, which they are in Acidophilus milk or Activia yogurt from the grocery store, or you can get a pill form from the health food store, I think they're called "Pearls," and you continue daily with this whilst you are on the antibiotics if you still are, and then for two weeks after that.  This will help your bowels move a lot better, as antibiotics are notorious for causing constipation.

By the way, I am so glad you lost so much weight!  Most people who have a regular exercise routine like you do, they will alternate cardio with weight training, one day weights, maybe two days cardio, this is the ideal way to maintain your trim and muscular figure without overdoing anything.  And always rest on the seventh day of the week, we need it for our bodies, as a break from work, and for our souls.  Keep us posted on how you do with all these problems that have developed!  GG

first of thanks mam.....i went to few docs..they take it as a case of hemorrhoids..and gave me antispasmodic pills..along with a mild laxatives...and said my stomache is due to   hemorrhoids only...then when i did ultrasound of my stomach gallstone was found and nothing else....then i went to the (urologist ..who prescribe me nor-metrogyl(antibiotic may be) along with pantop d(to stomach acids) for 7 days..after which he planned to remove my gallbladder..as according to him it is the best to remove it (for gallstone i m taking homeopathy treatment as they say it can be treated with homeopathy).........even after completing the course of the prescribed medicine a senstivity and pain is around my navel area(feel like a cut in my intestine)....now mam what i m worried of and want to knw is_
1) can utrasound or CT scan detect hernia,ulcers..or whatever it it?(as i m planning to do ultrasound again along CT scan)
2)i m worried ..if these are the symptoms of crohn disease??(but i m not having diahrea and fever which are supposed to be symptoms of crohn disease)
and yes mam u are right i did very little to no warm up before lifting heavy weights and this is the cause of wheezing after exercise but now problem is worse...i felt heaviness in my throat as pipe inside is shrunking...i m worried that my stupidity of not warming up before exercise cause any serious respiratory problem....plz suggest what it can be?
regarding blood in my stool...i was constipated and strained ..after which blood started appearing in my stool ..blood wasnt liquidand wasnt on the surface...and after 3-4 days i starting experiencing abdominal painss...i think lack of fiber and excess of milk caused the constipation...blood appears for a period of aprox 20 days...now my bowel movement are fine without any blood in it but yes there is ocassional undigested food in stool...and one more thing the pain is migrating a little upwards as it started with below navel but now it is mostly felt above navel..the pain is very hard to explain...sometimes its like something is cut inside stomach with a blade..sometimes it like needles touching inside
and for probiotics if yakult drink be fine one each for a week?
thanx mam, waiting for ur reply...plz reply fast...
