Waist line pain

I have a pain on the exterior of my Boado, from the middle of my stomach to the middle of my back.  Very sore to the touch.  I have sharp pains on the interior.  I have had blood test and a Ct scan.  Everything came back negative.  I have been to the dermatologist to se if it was shingles, they ruled that out.  Where do I turn to next?
