What could this be?!

I had diarrhea constantly for about three weeks, and I've had a fever for a month.  The green diarrhea subsided, but now I actually feel WORSE.  Achy all over, pain in my bones. Very fatigued. I haven't had pain in my stomach but have had pain in my upper left quadrant and underneath my rib cage. Fever of 99-100 for a month, normal temp. is ~97.4.  WBC count overall was normal except monocyte level was very high. Today I starting getting aching pains in my chest and feeling short of breath. Can hardly stand up.  I haven't shared drinks or swapped spit with anyone in ages so I doubt it's mono, unless I got EBV at some point and it's just rearing its head now. CT was normal but I can barely function I'm in so much pain.

What is this? I was referred to a GI despite having only one GI symptom and that subsiding.
