constipation,nausea, no appetite, losing lots of weight, PLEASE HELP!!!

For the past month and a half almost i have been constipated pretty bad..i have not been able to eat hardly anything without feeling really nauseated after wards..i have lost about 25 pounds in this short amount of time..i have no appetite at all..i have never had these problems before and they just hit me all at once just a little over a month ago..somebody please help me..please..i cant live like this

another thing i should add is that when i do eat, i feel full after just a few bites
