I've  been dealing with crohn's for the last almost 6 years now .  They have tried me on I think just about evry drug out there that is supossed to help and I have had no luck with any of them .  My Doctor started me on Humeria and I have had little or no flare up since he put me on it last March.2008. I'm mean I still get the upset stomach , but as far as pain goes , it's gone!! If  I get under alot of a stress then I start getting a little  of the symptoms but  nothing at all like I was before Humeria.  The only pain I do have now is in my joints and muscles, they think it could be fibromyalgia, still in the their not sure what it is stage.....I would recommend the Humeria injections to anyone who hasn't had much luck with any of the other drugs ...Good luck

Hey,

I have Crohn's and am allergic to remicade so I know it can be tough. However I know of the drug Dilantin is for Epilepsy, my younger brother and father take it.

Humeria is a new drug out for Crohn's that you should check with your doctor about. That is what they are considering for me.
