Green Mucus in Stool

I am eighteen years old and noticed yesterday that my stool had green mucus in it.  This has continued into today.  The stool itself is not green, but is dark and round.  What is going on?

No veggies lately, mostly oatmeal, cereal, berries, and milk products.  Nothing green!
