What does it mean to have 64% gallbladder function?

Was your gall bladder in ok condition? I am functioning at 16% however
they did an endoscopy and it looks fine. I have put on weight...are you better now?

thats good compared to what my was functioning at, my was 19%. I had to wait 2months before I could get the surgery, I lost 17lbs in the 2months couldn't eat anything without having pain.

I have 50% function butI still have all the syptoms of gallbladder disease. Including terrible fever and sweats and nausea and vomiting. My bile levels are extremely elevated. I need to go back to my specialist to try to get some answers as I dont want to go through with surgery unless it is necessary.

I think 35% is the magic number for a non-functioning gallbladder.  Anything borderline or less is indicative of a problem.
