I just got some 16+ manuka honey a few days ago. I don't know if I have h pylori but I have been having digestion problems for some years. I seems to work after I eat fat or spicy meals because I had pizzas and some other spicy food and I haven't had much burning when I eat a teaspoon of the honey after a meal. It has a bit of an orange flavor. More info about it from the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine:

"Susceptibility of Helicobacter pylori to the
antibacterial activity of manuka honey"

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1294271/pdf/jrsocmed00089-0013.pdf

Hope this helps

What are your symptoms?
Have you been diagnosed with H. pylori?
What drugs are you currently taking?

It's omeprazole (Prevacid...) + two or three antibiotics in combination (prescribed by a doctor) that have to be taken for the entire prescribed period.
