help my daughter's chronic nausea

My daughter has been ill since May 2008.  She was diagnosed with Basilar Migraines in July.  She has had MRI's, EEG's, Sonograms, Endoscope, H-pylorie test, Various other blood tests and they all show up normal.  She had an enlarged ovary and some minor acid damage to her stomach.  She has chronic nausea and stomach upset.  She does not vomit but always has a lump in her throat, feels the need to vomit, constant stress worried about being ill at school.  The chronic nausea is driving her crazy.  We have taken her to Neurologist, Gynecologist, and our family physician with no findings.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do next?

My wife has had the same problem since about February 2008. She wakes up in the morning and feels fine...until she starts to move around. The nausea stays with her until she has some food and liquid in her stomach.  Many times, it subsides, but comes back when she moves around.  All her tests EGD, Cat Scan, MRI, etc turn out normal.  Hida Scan showed her gall bladder to be very small and only 10% operative, so she had it removed about a month ago. Nausea subsided some for a few days, but it's back every day now. Doctors are stumped.  I hope someone will come up with a good idea of the cause of this.  Any help will be very much apprediated.
